Honoured to participate in felicitation function for newly selected IAS and other services from Punjab through UPSC. The function was chaired by Punjab Governor HE Shri Gulab Chand Kataria. Shri Santosh Taneja, founder of charitable NGO running ‘Samkalpa’ also graced the occasion. I convey my best wishes to the new civil servants for performing public spirited duty for ever against all odds and challenges.
