It is always a privilege to be associated with academic events of Panjab University, the University of my grandfather and three generations down the line.

Presided over a Fulbright Lecture on Excellence in American Public Policy and Governance today. Besides a brilliant lecture by Professor James Agbodzakey, the Academia, especially the young doctoral scholars, brought a whiff of fresh air of ideas and how Gen-Z looks at them. These lectures build academic bridges between USA and India, which strengthen the foundations of geo-political bridges. I hope to live long enough to see the Indian Universities giving such scholarships to the foreign students world over to pierce through the times and understand our great ancient legacy in all fields of science, arts, architecture, languages, literature and …what not.
